Hearts of London and Queensmith are merging and will operate as one, under the Queensmith brand.
For the past 5 years, we (the Hearts of London Group) have been growing and evolving two bespoke jewellery brands side by side (Hearts of London & Queensmith), each providing expert industry advice and a truly personal approach to engagement and wedding ring shopping.
We’ve twice won Bridal Jewellery Retailer of the Year* at the UK Jewellery Awards and can thank our in-house teams of expert designers, master jewellers and dedicated customer care teams for the award-winning services they’ve offered at both brands.
We’re excited to announce that Hearts of London and Queensmith are joining forces to provide a stronger and more streamlined service to our ever-growing customer base. To date, we have helped over 20,000 couples tie the knot and we look forward to helping more of our customers design the perfect ring for their partners.
Moving forward, we will operate as one under the Queensmith brand, combining workshops, stores and staff from all departments.
Whilst we consolidate our brands, we are also expanding with the addition of a new 3-floor showroom, workshop and brand headquarters on the main Hatton Garden strip. The new store located at number 98, Hatton Garden allows us to further improve our collaborative and immersive customer experience by housing our multidisciplinary team under one roof. An award-winning team of jewellery experts at your disposal.
All Hearts of London customers can expect to receive the same quality service by the same team of jewellery experts, whilst all manufacturer warranties and lifetime care packages will be uninterrupted and continue seamlessly under the Queensmith brand.
There will be no disruption to booked appointments. Both in-store and virtual consultations will continue as planned with your dedicated design consultant.
The merge will be taking place over the coming weeks, with all communication channels including email, phone and live chat eventually moving over to their Queensmith counterparts. heartsoflondon.co.uk will also be redirected to queensmith.co.uk.

Who are Queensmith?
Queensmith is an established jeweller with stores located in Hatton Garden, that specialises in engagement rings and wedding rings. Queensmith was launched in 2016 by the same minds behind Hearts of London, initially expanding into the store next door to Hearts of London to keep up with growing demand.
Queensmith found its niche with a market of engagement ring and wedding ring buyers looking for a fresh, immersive and transparent buying experience, in which they could depend upon honest and expert advice, and see exactly where their jewellery was made. Queensmith is home to a large and growing in-house team of goldsmiths and designers, and has fast become one of London’s go-to jewellers.
Who are the team behind Queensmith?
If you’ve already worked with Hearts of London, you’ll already have met the team behind Queensmith! The two jewellery brands have worked side by side for the past five years, operated by the same expert design consultants and goldsmiths.
The Queensmith team is headed by founder, Brett, and other familiar Hearts of London faces, like Director, Eddi, Senior Sales & Gemmologist team member SJ, and a growing team of consultants, goldsmiths, production and CAD specialists, and a dedicated Customer Care team.
Where are Queensmith located?
Queensmith has two locations in Hatton Garden - the Queensmith Studio can be found at 29a Greville Street, and work is underway to open Queensmith Showroom at 98 Hatton Garden.
Will my purchase guarantees continue with Queensmith?
Absolutely, Queensmith will continue to honour the guarantees made by Hearts of London, and covers all previous Hearts of London purchases.
We will be transferring Hearts of London client’s details, and communicating via Queensmith from now on - and ask that you get in touch with Queensmith for any queries relating to your past or future purchases. As mentioned, will be honouring purchase agreements, including complimentary services and your lifetime manufacturer’s warranty.
